Hallo... Ich wollte grade meinen Kupplungsnehmer überholen, da die Dichtstulpe nicht mehr ihrer Aufgabe gerecht wird. Laut WHB soll zum Ausbau des Kolbens ein Sprengring entnommen werden. Aber: Bei mir ist kein Sprengring drin...auch keine Kerbe, wo er mal hätte sein können. Folge: Wie bekomme ich den Kolben raus??? Der bleibt nämlich einfach drin. ...ca. einen Zentimeter, bevor er rausfallen könnte. Ist daran einfach der "Dreck" schuld? Hat jemand Erfahrung damit? Hallo André, ist bei mir einfach zulange her als ich meinen überholt habe.Im WHB steht jedoch wie Du sagst dass ein Sprengring und Anschlagscheibe davor ist. Vielleicht ist es auch kein Originalteil mehr und daher fehlen diese Teile ?! Aus dem Bauch heraus würde ich sagen dass der Kolben wegen dem Rost nicht herauskommt. Ich nehme bei Bremszylindern oder Hydraulik mittlerweile eine Fettpresse und drücke den Kolben mit dem Fett heraus. Das andere Loch hast Du ja schon mit nem Entlüfternippel verschlossen, also vorne die Fettpresse ran und raus mit dem Kolben. Grüße! tomc

Hallo, hab's hinbekommen! Mit Geduld, viel Gefühl und feinstem Schleifpapier habe ich die Ablagerung soweit entfernt, dass der Kolben doch soweit rausgerutsch ist, um ihn zu greifen - zwar schwergängig und mit vielen vorausgehenden heftigen Schüttelversuchen, aber raus ist raus. Die neue Gummistulpe für den kleinen Kolben sitz sehr eng und macht hoffentlich eine gute Arbeit. Nach der Probefahrt habe ich nochmal nachkontrolliert - scheinbar ist alles dicht. Aber das wird sich wohl erst nach einer längeren Fahrt zeigen. Ich hoffe mal auf das Beste... Gruß, André/Saarland

Hast Du "normale" Bremsfflüssigkeit DOT4 oder Silikonhaltige DOT 5 rein ? DOT 5 wäre geschickt da Du ja nie mehr wechseln musst und die Gummis nicht mehr gammeln können.....

Hallo André, das Problem ist wohl dass wenn die Teile mit DOT 4 benetzt sind, diese komplett wieder gereinigt werden müssen, da die Gummis sonst wieder gammeln können. Also in Deinem Fall: Nochmal alles auseinanderbauen..... reinigen, und wieder zsammbaun..... Grüße! tomc
